Fire, Lightning, Windstorm & Hail, Explosion, Smoke, Aircraft or Vehicles, Riot or Civil Commotion, Vandalism, Sprinkler Leakage, Sinkhole Collapse, Transportation, Volcanic Action

Risk of direct physical loss
- Building and Business Personal Property
Building and Business Personal Property are covered on a replacement cost basis if insured to 80% of value

Options of $1000, $2500 and $5,000

Business personal property up to $100,000

25% if at least 100% of your average monthly value is carried

Covers “Exterior Building Glass” up to the Building Limit or if a tenant up to Tenant’s Exterior Glass Limit
- Glass – Special Form
Same as above plus interior glass – coverage for “Specified Causes of Loss” except Vandalism: which is provided at $100 per plate with $500 per loss. An optional coverage is available for full coverage.
- Outdoor Signs
Includes $1,000 coverage for outdoor signs if attached to the building. If not attached automatic $2,500 for 5 perils.
- Outdoor Property
Signs not attached to building and other outdoor property up to $2,500 for 5 perils but not more than $500 for any one tree, shrub, or plant
- Ordinance or Law – increased cost of construction

Applies to Personal Injury arising out of false arrest, detention or imprisonment, malicious prosecution, the wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room, dwelling or premises that a person occupies, by or on behalf of its owner, landlord or lessor; libel, slander, invasion of privacy
